All intellectual property related to Epic Hope, including but not limited to its name, logo, and trademarks (collectively, the "IP"), is owned by Epic Hope and protected by intellectual property laws. When engaging with our Online Presence, you may not: (1) Imply that Epic Hope endorses any product, service, or organization without express written consent. (2) Advertise or promote a business, unless explicitly authorized by Epic Hope. (3) Alter, modify, or combine the IP with other elements without permission. Certain areas of our Online Presence allow users to post content ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for any User Content you submit. User Content must not: (1) Be false, unlawful, defamatory, obscene, suggestive, or abusive. (2) Violate privacy rights, intellectual property laws, or solicit donations unrelated to Epic Hope. (3) Contain malware, viruses, or other disruptive elements. (4) Be otherwise objectionable at Epic Hope’s discretion. (5) By posting User Content, you grant Epic Hope a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your content. Epic Hope reserves the right to remove any User Content deemed inappropriate.

Epic Hope respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
